Since 2008 she has built innovative projects and teams, offering over 200 corporations in 20 industries the necessary resources for growing business and employer reputation through internal and external brand experience campaigns.
Passionate about functional mechanisms and sustainable growth is organizations, she sees pragmatism, research, concrete data and trust in people as the basis of any successful strategy.
