Starting 2008 she set the foundation for one of the first employer reputation agencies in Romania and continued to build multiple innovative projects for over 200 corporations in 20 industries, providing them resources for growing and maintaining a strong employer brand and coherent positioning in the market.
In 2017 she initiated "The basics - the one that works" - a concept for increasing turnover using a holistic approach, structured analysis, integrated communication strategies as well as internal and external branding experience projects.
